This is an easy one. Definitely recommended!

Like previous Zeboyd games there is little grinding which really helps with the pace of the story, you don't need to spend hours trying to get a few extra levels to unlock skills or increase stats. Some people might find it a bit linear but it's no more so than other RPGs, it's not an open world game after all.

Hyperduck Studios produced the soundtrack and did a good job as they so often do. The selection of music really fits each location too. There isn't much else to say music-wise other than it's pretty good!

There are a couple of difficulty settings for people who want to increase or decrease the challenge. The highest difficulty really does make it hard, though I only played a few battles after completing the whole game just to see what it was like. The battle system was really good, offering a fair amount of customisation through selecting different abilities for characters to choosing who to bring in to battle with you.

I got about 14-15 hours out of Cosmic Star Heroine, finishing just about everything there was to do. I never felt bored thanks to the decent pacing and the story was good enough to make me want to push through. Well worth the money and obviously something I suggest others who enjoy older RPGs should pick up.
