I have been having a great time with the game so far. It's bringing back all the fun of DD1 and better than ever! Unfortunately there are some performance issues, mostly in cities where there are a lot of npcs. I noticed a lot of people complaining about micro transactions, keep in mind that the Rift Crystals can be earned in game from certain tasks, and from your pawn being summoned to someone else's world. So far from what I see, most of the stuff you buy with RC is cosmetic. Some people have a problem with changing character appearance being restricted to a couple of those items(this is understandable, not talking ♥♥♥♥ about y'all), though that hasn't bothered me since I'm happy with my character, and I'm assuming NG+ will allow you to change appearance for free.

TLDR: Great game, bad performance, micro transactions are just mostly (lame) cosmetic items. Maybe wait till the game is updated or goes on sale if you aren't a DD1 nerd like me.

This is one of my favorite RPGs. My hours don't do it justice though. I played the original Persona 5 on Ps4, then Persona 5 Royal on Ps4, then grabbed it on steam when it released here. So I feel confident in saying I've put 500+ hours in this game all together. It tells a great story, the gameplay is alot of fun, and its replayable with NG+. There are alot of reasons to grab this game, and it's definentaly worth it at full price.

So here I am, visiting a jail with the purpose of breaking out my friends. They had the tools to bust down the wall, and all i had to do was keep the guards distracted. So naturally before beginning the jail break I lured the guards near a bottomless pit with my music and had my companions push them down the pit. Nobody noticed, the jail break went flawlessly afterwords. There are plenty of ways to go about this mission, I just thought it was funny sneaking up behind guards and pushing them down holes lmfao. 10/10 Karlach best girl

Edit: Doing an Honor Run now, did the exact same thing at the jailbreak. A potential companion died before I could recruit them so i picked up their body and stuffed in in the camp storage. 11/10

This game beats me like an ugly house wife, yet I still keep coming back.
