this then often breaks synapse more.
then you have to quit and reopen synapse if you want the function keys to work reliably (i.e. to change the backlight).
i have a blackwidow ultimate also. razer support appears to be entirely useless (to match the synapse software). my solution is to buy a logitech G710+ and leave the razer keyboard disconnected from any computers. if you cant afford to throw out a relatively expensive keyboard, try contact razer for a solution and let me know if you actually get anything useful from them?
Well, gotten it only 3 times in few months, but kind of annoying.
F*** you razer. Fix your s**t software!
After a few hours of debugging myself I got the keyboard totally working again. but I did the debugging myself because razer said it was defected and I should return it. I din't return my keyboard instead I protested by razer started my own discussion because maybe I can help other people with some problems.
Oh my god man, this same exact thing happened to me, and I cant find out how to fix it anywhere and it's giving me a major headache. If you could tell me how to fix it, I'd be forever indebted to you. Please help me out buddy---thanks
Heres a tip, FUCK YOU razer. i hate your awful software. its worse than worthless. It ruins a $150 piece of hardware. Try hire some read developers if you want to keep customers. otherwise, i'll decompile the shit myself with reflector and fix it.

This should fix the problem! After updating the firmware I haven't run into the issue again. Hope this helps!
it's like they know there is a problem but they're too useless / retarded to actually fix it.
Hopefully they lose customers over it. I'll never buy anything of theirs again.
