Teamspeak Security Level

Just a notice on the Teamspeak security level people have been asking about, we've had a few people from other countries come on and start flaming people. I banned them really quick but I upgraded our servers security level slightly to help prevent them from bypassing the ban. I've created a little information page to explain it.
