This issue has been occuring between many'a people and it's rather annoying to see. I have it as well, it restricts us from withdrawing anything from returns and the winning items seem to be stuck there for a very long time. I would like help but there is a long list of other people who also needs help, I will link my trade offer button: https://steamcommunity.com/tradeoffer/new/?partner=83534798&token=8LKPe3eL (The reason it is happening with a select few bots with you guys is because they are the ones that hold the items. Say I have a P90 Emerald Dragon WW to withdraw (which I do) and Bot 'Francis' has one, he will try to send me the offer. There isn't a point in listing the bots due to this reason.)

Post in one message if you have the same issue, post the trade offer link and hope for them to get back to you... (I've been trying for about a day now... constantly spamming away at that 'Are you sure?' button).
