Reaction (ONLY) to reported Kos. But the Server is pretty empty and i pay litttle attention. Kills nobody reports as Kos are ignored! So what you do between you, is your business.
Spawn camping and killing without RP is still a ban if i notice it! So if you do no-rp-spawnpoint pvp, give uninvolved players time to leave.

No special KOS rules.
But repeated instant spawn killing can lead to a ban if i notice it! Report in write chat, else i assume it's group-pvp and everybody is ok with it.
Spawn camping in RP (time, talk) is always ok. With climbing it's easy enough to escape anyway.

Both servers have various loadouts for spawning. From geared to prisoner.

It's not a bbrp replacement. it's more for me to play with serverfiles, scripts and mods. But it has the same basic rules so you're welcome to use it.

Both servers can be played with completely vanilla client. And always will be. All (light!) modding is done serverside only.

I do use the builderitems mod in some out of the way places (like Svetlo), These buildings you can only see and enter if you have the mod installed. (you don't miss much)

Mods:

Vanilla cars spawn fully drive ready and a lot, Car crashes no damage.

Very low Stamina, food and water consumption, quicker blood and health regen. Cold and Influenza mostly disabled, much stronger antibiotics and vitamins.

Tools take no damage from building (but from dismantling).

Lots of custom buildings all over the map. More towards the respective servers spawn area (north, prison island)

both working again. Got so fed up with patches breaking things, it took me a while to start fixing it. The old buildings/item spawn system didn't work anymore.

Very North 104.223.91.139:2302 Spawn mostly Novaya Petrovka, backup above Novo. Same mods. different custom buildings.

Both Servers work with completely standard client. All modding is done serverside only. With exception of few builderitems structures in some out of the way places (Kamy, Svetlo, over water), which you can't see and enter without the mod.

I've migrated to QuarantineRP. It's white list and uses several mods to bring back all the guns that were taken out, along with new features, such as lockers, new gear, etc.

Engine change, fastest beta ever and a "release" which is buggy as hell despite disabling half of the games features. All the survival features they were sao keen on, have been removed except hunger and thirst, which are ludicrously exaggerated,
Still serverfiles released to allow mods and admin tools.

Playing around with it on my little, completely unofficial server. I keep an eye on it when players are on (standard kos rules) but very little attention or support. some serverside modding for low stam/food/water use and some other things. And the horribly glitchy cars that re in this "release version"..

Slightly delayed 2 Year server stop annyversary:
Nothing has changed. Checking the serverlist, the game is pretty dead.
Seems in trying to get players off the coast and into more hardcore survival, they got the players off the game.
Only non whitelist RP server reasonably full, and with actually active admins is BraindeadRP. Which has some really silly RP rules though (in the context of DayZ!).

Announced is a beta (heard that before) and a new engine. Still not a word about server balance options or admin tools.
Cu next year.

One year server stop anniversary update (march 11. 2016):
There was roundabout one (1) patch to the game. Which added wolves. For servers nothing changed.
