Instructions for Fallout: New Vegas

To set the resolution for windowed mode browse to "Documents\My Games\FalloutNV" and open the file FalloutPrefs.ini in notepad.

Look for the values "iSize W" and "iSize H" and change the numbers to your native resolution.

Now when in windowed mode your resolution should be correct.

Instructions for DayZ Standalone

In DayZ SA when you are in the main menu check if your mouse is highlighting the correct buttons.
If it is not press F4 to retrigger borderless mode and a loading screen will appear, this should solve the issue.

I have added the game however the resolution settings is not beng applied.
I have extended screen with two monitor and in the app I have set the PosX 10 PosY10 resolution :1560 x 1030 for the game.

I'm unsure what you're trying to do, have you set the correct resolution in the game itself? why you're trying to move the window 10 by 10 pixels?
I have this in my config file, wich seems to work for me

posX and y works however when I load the setting in one second resolution is correct then it change back to window size with no boarder after it loads.
