Hebrew translation and RTL languages
I suggest adding Hebrew and Arabic, as there are a lot of steam users whom will be more than glad to play steam in these languages.
Furthermore, is there some kind of problem with adding RTL languages since none have been accepted yet? I'd gladly volunteer for helping with that too as I have some experience with creating RTL interfaces/websites.

Yep. I also know Hebrew language. I don't think that "right to left" will be a problem for the Steam interface.
