Moved to Joint Task Force Fatal

Before leaving, I hoped that the unit administration that was set was going to be able to maintain the unit in a running status, but obviously that did not work out. I'd like to begin and apologize for my absence, but I have returned from camp counseling and am bringing back the unit with a complete rework. I have worked side by side with Steve to organize and create somewhat of a custom unit structure and ranking system. We will be reworking our unit administration, including mission making. In addition, we will be working on the handbook and setting up a new dedicated server in the next couple days.
