PIN A UNIVERSAL ACCESS TAB!!!

The moderators or admins need to pin a universal access tab because this is a serious issue right now. Many people are effected by this and it has been down for way too long. The new operation came out that comes out basically every 9-12 months which is a huge wait and we can't even play.
