"Create a Server" tf2 function is buggy and I don't know how to fix it.

Everytime I've tried to make a little personel server with the "create a server" function, it disconnect me from the item server. There are no "change weapon" animations and I glitch through walls and floors. Shooting, etc is also delayed. At least from what I noticed it all started when I installed tr_walkway_rc5 (I think it's rc5?). I can't find any solutions. I've tried the "heartbeat" command but nothing will work. Pls help, much confuzzled D:
