Moving Games between multiple libraries
In my computer I have two steam libraries:
library A for often played games on a SSD and
library B for all other ones on a way bigger HDD.

When I notice that a title on lib A is no longer played, I'd like to move it to lib B.
It would be very nice to do so directly in steam and without the need for external tools or manually editing config files.

You literally only have to move the game folder and the appmanifest_<app-ID>.acf file to the other drive.

It shouldn't be a big hassle though, but I suppose further automation wouldn't hurt. They did add the 'Launch Options' to non-Steam -games too despite you being able to add them to the Target -field all this time too, after all.

there is Steam Mover that i guess you know abut and not interested with (as its a exstreanal tool)
http://www.traynier.com/software/steammover

And i do some what agree.. even that i do not think these works the best for all games, as some may have there files set to work only for the folder it was installed in
