Have problem with one guy.
hello, sorry but cannot understand -_-

I now have trade on op.com One guy added me and offered. i agreed but asked to wait one day or remove me. He agreed to wait. Now he is changing his offer we were discussing. Is it ok for him to report me, if i just don`t want to sell him the hat after all?

What you do with your items is up to you. Doesn't break any Steam rules if you change your mind and don't want to trade anymore. Whether it breaks the rules for trading sites, you will have to check with them.

He changed his offer, you have a right to refuse.

Untill the trade happens, you are not obligated to do it.
