just received a gift and already redeemed?

i just received a gift (tc2) and its already been redeemed? it doesnt make sense, my friend just bought it and gift it to me just now. this must be a glitch please fix for the product i've just purchased from my friend!

he didnt redeem it...he bought the 4 pack bundle and sent 3 out total. and none of us can open the gift and says the same crap...

Same here. I just got a Canadian Bundle gift. My friend bought it for me. But cant add it to my library, its already been redeemed.

Steam is doing server maintenence, like they do every tuesday. I can't say this is the problem, but I'm pretty sure.

Mine is still broken, the game it wont let me redeem is Guns of Icarus Online

I'm having issues, too. Tried to redeem Assassin's Creed: Director's Cut Edition, but it said it was already redeemed. When I try to redeem through my browser, it says it has been redeemed at added to my library. It doesn't show up there, though.
