VAC ban by accident

I have from from Canada that got banned from the servers on L4D2. I think it was a mistake because he has never cheated or hacked the game. If you guys have any ideas how we can solve this issue that would be awesome.

Oh, well he mustve played on the secured VAC server then, he can still play single player but he wants to get unban cause the VAC made a mistake

Unless you've somehow been watching him 24/7, you don't know he wasn't cheating. Lots of cheaters lie about how their VAC ban is a mistake, there's nothing he can do to get the ban removed.

You should worry about your account and let your "friend" worry about his or her account. You don't know what someone else does with their computer, account, library , or phone number 100% of the time. That is quite impossible.
