Account Alert
has anyone ever experienced your ?account will be restricted until we've heard from you. Purchasing, gifting, trading, buying and selling items on the Community Market, and cd-key activation have been disabled.

if anyone has ever experienced something like this and managed to recover their account as before, please have info and how I can restore the problematic feature back to normal

I've tried contacting the available help center or it could be called Steam Support but I just get a code, and where should I enter / send this code?

please get the info and help for anyone who has experienced problems like me.
I really need help with this kind of problem to get my account back to normal as before

Read the alert.
Understand the alert.
Do what the alert says.

Repeat as necessary.

I just get the Reference Code and a message that says "Once the support agent responds to your request you will receive a notification email sent to **********@yahoo.com"

We have seen that alot here, yes.

I am just spreading this message, which is listed in my notification center,
there's always somebody among us who has experienced something like me and solved the problem I was experiencing as the content of the message I mentioned above.
it will make it easier for me to finish it ..
without having to think dizzy to find a way out of all these problems, because the person who has been this time would want to share his experience to his brother who was experiencing a problem that had previously been passed @zekiran

This is nothing new, as we see this from users all the time. And if it is an official message, then no one here can do anything about it. You have to follow the message and alert and do what it says. And we are trying to make sure it is an official message you have, but you don't seem to understand that there can be fake messages that "appear" official.

Someone else's account alert is not necessarily related to the reason your account has an alert. There can be several different causes of that.

You should be more worried about your account alert, and not what has happened to other users with their account alerts.

it is clear this is the official message from Valve (Steam Support)
before I spread the message above, I tried to contact the help center (steam support)
first of all it is very quick replies help from (steam support)
and in the end the help center (steam support) only sends an email (yahoo) which is registered on my steam account that is problematic at me I ***********@yahoo.com
the contents of the email (yahoo) sent from the help center (steam support) which is nothing but a reference code and a message that has the contents as follows:

"Once the support agent responds to your request, you will receive a notification email sent to **********@yahoo.com.

and in the end I started to feel very dizzy about this problem. because suddenly the steam support did not return my complaint again.
that's where I feel like as if the help center (steam support) just gave me a key of his treasure and myself who had to struggle to find the treasure box. because the contents of the treasure box we are looking for contains such a document that can solve all the problems I'm currently experiencing.

I am not saying that there are others who can finish things like this. but I just guessed that maybe before I was there someone of us might be exposed to the same problem as me.
if it is possible, I just want to know how to send the reference code sent by the steam support to me via email (yahoo)
I feel that most likely that's the only way to solve the problem of all this.
sent me the reference code that the steam support provided to me, but here is the big problem that is going on where I need to send the reference code that the steam support provided to me.
because that's the only hint that the steam support is given to me via emai (yahoo)
whose email contains the following message:

Your help request has been sent to Steam Support. Your reference code is ** - **** - **** - ****. Once the support agent responds to your request, you will receive a notification email sent to ***********@yahoo.com.

Pretty sure that is just your ticket number. You don't enter that anywhere. The message says they have received your help request and once the agent responds to your request, you will get an email.

So now you just wait as you are allowing them time to respond.

WHO has sent it though? in your notification area, but from whom?

Just be sure that when you put ANY information ANYWHERE it is ONLY specifically on steam's log in. NOT on some site that may look like it, do your research.

Is this message addressed to your current profile name? or to your actual account name?

Your thoughts are good enough, but I'm not as stupid as you think you are, I'm playing dota from 2014, can I still not know the official account website address of steam?

But really, it would help maybe to know WHY your account has the alert. I don't think you posted that yet here.

For example, if you did a chargeback on your account, then you would need to reverse that as soon as possible. We don't know unless you tell us why the account has the alert.

If you honestly do not know, then just ignore what I am saying here.

No one is saying you are stupid. We are just trying to look out for you, because there are fake support messages out there that appear official and that can install Malware on your system even, and possibly hijack your account.

which in all dota2 players can celebrate the annual event.

the name of the annual event is none other than "The International Battle Pass 2017"
which occurred in May 2017 ago.
all players can menggikutin his origin players who want to participate in celebrating the event must buy buy the battle pass.

so my account will be limited until I report to the steam help center. to temporarily effect from tire gm to me i ieu as follows:

-Buying, giving gifts, trading, buying and selling items in the Community Market, and activating cd-key have been temporarily disabled until I report my own actions and confess to doing what violates copyright laws that have been imposed by Gm steam in (steam) by way of contact (steam support)
feeding party (steam support)
will do the restore to me to get back to normal as usual and can use the feature in the form of steam
-Buying, giving gifts, trading, buying and selling items in the Community Market, and activating cd-key as normal as ever
