Report a translation problem
We ordered it online, and it was sent from best buy. I dont think it came with a receipt

For all we know, you used it after buying it and now want money back so it will be free. We have no way to deactivate the card after it has been activated, and we have no way to revoke the funds after they have been added to an account.
