Cannot Authenticate with TDU2.com

well then can someone help me? since this seems like a reasonably relevant area.
basically i havent played the game in about a year, was reasonably high lvl and on the second island,

but now when i want to play it again, it says it couldnt authenticate my password, and i need to check with tdu2.com.
problem is tdu2 does not exist, but i can sign onto atari.com just fine.
but from what i read, atari.com doesnt work for test drive 2 no more.

does anyone know what can be done?

you have to create a ticket on atari.com --> Support. i've just got the same error and done that a couple of minutes ago...

yeh goodluck getting a reply from atari, considering they filed for bankruptcy ..
ive already sent them a message a bout 3 - 4 days ago, and still no reply.

Right, so i wanted to update my situation.
Apparently it IS possible for Atari, to transfer your account from TDU2.com to "testdriveunlimited2.com"
Wether it actually works ingame, and the old save files are back, i dont know, will update once i play the game later on.

5 days no answer on my ticket, replied again, send a msg on FB too, 2 days later: Problem solved from atari and i can drive my beloved tdu2 again :-)

yeh it takes them a while before they actually reply. i'd say a week average.

i too have the same issue when atari got back to me in about a week there answer was to go create new game and i would have too start again , i had 433hrs played in the game and have asked atari if there is another way. New to PC gaming does anybody know how to fix this don't want to start again thank you for your help i miss my game so much

i dont know, but i posted in another post a while back and it worked fine for me
