integrated GPU? (I mean apart from dedicated, but if U choose to play with steamworks, then the launcher is ran with integrated GPU by default) - one of possibilities

This worked for me. If you have a dual cpu setup you need to disable one and only run off of one cpu. If you have more than 6 cores / 12 hyperthreads you need to disable the extras. Not sure why but I had to run windows using only one cpu which has 6 cores / 12 hypertreading and it worked. Search online on how to boot windows selecting the amount of cpu cores using System Configuration.
