wtf my models are spazing out

the soldier and flags are spinning about and i cant stop them and the flags are stretched out miles long and spaz out like the soldiers

mine are doing that also...the terrain and placement pieces look good, but getting long aritfacts all over the place...haven't found a cure yet...running Vista
