messed up text in some areas, but normal text in others

i realised what was wrong anyway, i was using a very bad laptop at the time, works fine now

actually something similar just happend to me. All was working fine but in 1st mission 3rd part I alt-tabbed to other window (though the game is in windowed mode) and since than when i type in chat i see this squares , however text from other players is ok.
But what is worse, mouse control is weird, i cant control units now,cant zoom, cannot issue commands as clicking is issuing some random commands :(
