!st is more of Steam's fault, I think. It's very irritating to receive notifications for games that you are present for. E.g. I finish a match and Steam has a notice witing for me about it.

Next is the complete and utter lack of match making. I just got the game today, and right off the bat it's pairing me with people who have 200+ games under their belt with 60% wins. Meanwhile I'm trying to figure out where the game explains that gamemodes and how to use "focus" and "ignore". Kind of makes me not want to play online.

Other than that, great game!

Proper matchmaking would be great. I wish they would include it.
I also don't think there's a way to deny a match challenge. Which is kinda a shame since I don't want to play with the same person 12 times in a row if they continue to beat me haha.

You can invite a noobish friend to play a match with you, so you don't have to challenge experienced players. Just ask on forum, I'm sure you'll find a lot of new players !

Don't hesitate to give it to a friend that likes chess, enigmas and puzzles game. For me Frozen Synapse is more similare to this than RTS like Starcraft for ex.

Yeah definately. I have a couple in mind but if they won't use it I don't want to give it to them. I'll practice vs AI for now. I'm glad I bought this game, despite the poor matchmaking, because everything else is phenomenal.
