I want to pre-order this, is it coming to Steam? Not interested in DVD version.

I'm pretty sure it will be coming to Steam. Looking forward to it, reminds me of old schools shooters with a slight modern touch.

Hope my impressions of the game are right.

idk but im starting feel pretty ocd about checking the "coming soon" section of steam to spend the $$ I hope this lives up my hype for it.

I've had a look through Bethesda forums regarding 'Wolfenstein - New Order'. An administrator for Bethesda has confirmed that they intend to have it released through Steam and hopefully on pre-order ... fingers crossed!

I prefer physical copies when possible and I think, currently, Amazon.co.uk are doing the best price, at £26.00 for the physical edition. GAME are doing a special edition for £9.00 more but it's only some printed materials ( an outer card sleeve, 3 postcards and a 20 page booklet) so not worth the effort from them.

I'll keep my pre-order at Amazon until Green Man Gaming do a decent discount on the digital copy, like they did for Thief, which ended up costing me £18.19. For that kind of money I can go without a physical copy !

It's available to pre order on Steam! Go eat that stuff up. I'm pretty much convinced that it's going to be good, just look up the video on YouTube titled this: "7 Reasons why Wolfenstein: The New Order won't Actually Suck!"

But, I already knew, by gut instinct, that it isn't going to suck (even based on the trailers, it feels and looks nothing like a typical shooter). It might not be out yet, but it already has stellar pedigree when it comes to the developers. They made the great Chronicles of Riddick games, and The Darkness games. The Darkness 2 in particular was extremely fun. There is also no wasted resources on stupid and not needed multiplayer. Also, it has great pre order bonuses, and hey, more cool stuff for Team Fortress 2 here on Steam.
