No nucs mod?

I subscribed to a mod that turned off/removed nuclear weapons from the geme a while back. Now I cant find it. Can someone point me to one? I tried editing the \Sid Meier's Civilization V\Assets\Gameplay\XML\GlobalDefines.xml file to set all the NUKE values to zero but when I tried playing a new game it had no effect.

Thanks!!! Is there some reason it's not in WORKSHOP? Given how badly nukes are done in the game I'm surprised there isn't one.
