Questions about Graphical mods

Hello,i'm looking for a graphics mod that spices up the general look(as in the tiles and such,not UI) and i can't seem to find any,are there no mods like this that make the game map look more lively and vibrant because i'm kinda sick of the current graphics as it is.
Preferably i'd like something that makes the game look more vibrant and colorful and be able to install without having to launch it via mod mode so i can still earn achievements as i play ^^

I've seen screenshots with shiny water with the boats reflecting off the water, crisp grass, and clouds for the uncovered areas. I've tried to look but haven't found anything either

What you describe is just the game on DX10/11 with the highest graphics settings.
