Sending explorers?

How? I recruited 3 at the beginning and have NO IDEA how to send them to work! This is annoying as I can't see what I can do anywhere. They say something about the monthly report but once there I get nothing to send explorers! Any help will be appreciated......

青りんごを扱っているのですが、残った品は毎週全て廃棄されてるように見えます。売れ残りの中で１０％が捨てられる様に解釈していたのですが、違うのでしょうか？マニュアル等に説明ありましたらすいません。...
