My login info?

So i made a ticket to CCP about not being able to play EVE threw steam, The launcher crashes (Yes i can open up the launcher exe and go threw there) But what is my login information to get threw that way? CCP says they cant do anything about it and Steam support wont answer my ticket (Been sitting there for over two days now) How can i get to play eve threw steam?

What kind of account do you have? A Steam EVE account, or a normal one directly off the website?
