anybody got a tip how to beat level 11?

Hi i really like this game,but the question is-does this game have game cards,that you get for playing the game? I am playing it nearly 1 hour and i didnt get 1. Admin please answer)

i played the first 10 levels in the alst days and ended up yesterday after 1 try of level 11. today i updated the game and tried again to play level 11 several times but when i click on the falgs nothing happens. i cannot built any towers
