In the last level of world 2 I need to get the lowest platform on the black area with three platforms on it to go to an even lower position so I can get to the other platform and the shape item. On the walkthrough the control switch lowers the bottom platform into the correct position but it doesn't when I use the control switch. Also, is there some way to control whether you drag a platform with you in the black area? They drag along with me automatically though I notice on the walk-through sometimes yo...

Screenshot I can get to the first three keys but that last one in the upper left is throwing me in a loop. I've had a few attempts but I'm just getting no closer to it.

There are 2 Puzzles available when first coming into World 3. I completed Puzzle 2 before 1 in World 3 and Puzzle 1 doesn't open up. And since they are needed for opening Puzzle 3, I basically need to restart the game. Not sure if someone else has already posted this....

My controls are absolutely ♥♥♥♥♥♥ in the menus its constantly moving the selection up and i have to absolutely spam the crap out of my keyboard to change the selection and do anything really in the game i'm going all over the place even when i'm pressing nothing any ideas?...
