Menu cursor visible in match, can't aim or shoot.

This has only happened to me on demolition maps, when the map loads I still have the main menu cursor in game, and cannot aim or shoot, only move. Both me and my brother have the same problem...

highly ridiculous..u can strafe n shoot..just no aiming and u cant turn around..99% bots kill u from behind..
