looks like this: falied to start game (missing executable)

what should I do? and that this error?
I click over this "see the steam support site for more information" page opens a bracket put steam ta written as:
Error technical support
The specified article does not exist or you do not have permission to view it.

I managed to solve
follow these steps
I had to do it twice to work, do as much as is necessary

Everyone who cant fix the problem i have a 100% proof way to fix it. I got on my moms PC & downloaded steam and all my games. Put my steam file on a Flashdrive and moved it onto my pc to fix the problem.

If you go into>properties>local files>verify integrity of game cache, it should fix it.
