So.. is it Valves new goal to make all new players hate the ♥♥♥♥ing game? I'm unranked and it keeps putting me with double aks and DMG..

Yes there is. Every two wins I get a 24 hour temporary cooldown to "properly rank me"

That's a COOL DOWN system, not a RANKING system.
