Enemy team forcing us to surrender with hacks, how is this possible??

Plain and simple, we were winning 14-2 then it popped in chat "enemy team voted to surrender"
then out of no where the enemy team won and it said we surrendered. How is this even possible??? oh wait i know. poor security. hackers everywhere
