Can't find match with friends HELP

So I tried to play a comp match with firends that live in the us and i live in europe we cant find a match it takes 5 minutes then says error cant find server ping. so is there a way to choose a us server so i get high ping and they dont but we find a server fast?

Yes go into your game settings and turm max acceptable ping to 175 - 200 and then play.
