Do not use"give weapon_galil"

I awas in the reflex training map, and since I spawn CT side I wanted to practice with the galil. So I typed in the command, and it brought up a debugger then crashed the game. The weapon id's for the m4a4 and famas worked fine .-.

Its full name is the Galil AR, so you spawn it with galilar I believe.

This is why good maps have auto droppers and similar functions to prevent this.

because ♥♥♥♥♥ is actually ♥♥♥♥♥♥ (two T's) tecnically. And who knows valve has always been weird.

lol well I figured I'd practice with the more economical weapon if I wanted to spring for nades or something. ty though... wonder why it causes and crash and doesn't throw an error like the other invalid weapon id's

also minus, if i choose to spawn T i'll be one of the targets :P

that is because that is the name of a CSS weapon, and spawning in CSS weapons will crash the game.

CS:GO crashes when you try to give any weapon from CS:S because it somehow finds partial data for the weapon. I'm really not sure about this, but if you uninstall CS:S.

If you are not sure about what a weapon is called, go to steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\csgo\scripts, and find the name there.

If you do crash CS:GO this way, it creates a memory leak (at least every time I've done it), and you should restart your computer to fix that. (or else everthing will be slow)

I think usp and m4a1 aswell, or maybe even m4a1s/m4a1_silencer, not sure which one crashes it :C Why do CS:S names crash :CCCC
