YOU ARE NOT CONNECTED TO MATCHMAKİNG SERVERS !!!

me and my friend were playing CS-GO . we played 4 or 5 games after that a warning was appeared on the screen " INVALID STEAM USER ID TICKET" than we were kicked from the game. After this accident when my friend try to access competetive games it says "YOU ARE NOT CONNECTED TO MATCHMAKING SERVERS" and it doesnt connect to game. He can only join games casual or demolition ( except competitive ) and after playing 5 or 6 minutes again game says " INVALID STEAM USER ID TICKET" .How can i fix this problem . We paid money for this game and we can't play together is this fair ?

I figured out the problem . Steam was installed my computer including CS-GO folder. I just copied the Steam folder and installed it to my friend's Pc. That couses this proplem. Solution is download steam and CS- GO individually for all computers. Nowadays we play CS-GO with 3 brothers without having any problem.

OK, So i can actually play my fix was I ran as administrator and i verified my gfc like 3 seperate times it finally worked when i combined the run as admin and verified gfc. what you do... (1) Exit steam (2) run steam as admin (3) library > right click cs go > properties > local files > verify cache (4) wait (5) launch cs go (6) if this doesnt work try and try again. It finally worked for me when i did it for the 3rd time so im thinking running as administrator was a big part of it working

i made a second acc for my brother and put him in my family and when he trys to play mm it says he isnt connected

u should download the game imdividually to ur brothers pc or try the fourth comment.ç
