`Connection failed after 10 retries

So, I have this problem when I try to play with friends on private matches- that wasnt huge problem since i could get pass it if im the one creating the match..

Tho i just saw that I get the same error if i try to Retry into a casual game.

i have now got a 7day ban because my internet in my area cut out for about half hour mid game and i had a ♥♥♥♥ team as normal anyway but its unfair because i auto disconected and i couldnt connect to steam

That doesnt concern my problem and anyway :
you cant get 7 days ban unless youve abondoned many more games before thus problem of yours with the internet ...

CSGO Bans are ridiculous

So, the reason I say this is because I got banned again today for 7 days. I know that before all of this I had to have gotten banned for 7 days before this. I got banned a week ago yesterday because my computer froze up and it wouldn't let me continue the match. But today, I got banned for "too many recent kicks." I haven't gotten kicked since I was able to play again, I haven't been kicked In at least 6 months.

2 of my friends and I were playing a competitive match on Dust II and we kicked the two other players because they said they wanted to because our team was not doing very well. Before we kicked the second player he started a kick for one of my friends, my friend said he wanted to leave so I accepted it. My other friend voted yes as well. We kicked the second player so it was just my friend and I. My friend kicked me for no reason and I got banned for seven days.

So I guess basically I'm saying that valve, or Csgo, or whoever controls the banning needs to fix the system so players who get disconnected by their computers malfunctioning or getting kicked ONCE don't get banned because personally this doesn't see very fair.

Listen man, i know this ♥♥♥♥ sucks trust me i've been there. But the banning system will never change, too many of us for them to decide who is innocent and who is not, i'm sorry you got banned brother but posting this won't do anything

Also the first 2 bans, the 30 minute and 1 hour bans, were my fault, but the 24 hour and the 1 week ban afterwards were not, as i had been having some problems with my computer freezing up and malfunctioning
