Need some help with OBS

So, when i usually play like on a bhop server for example. I get like 500fps and if i try and stream i still get like 400-450, but i lag some reason, but my fps don't drop but i lag even tho i still get like 400+ fps. Is there someway i can fix this cause i want to strim. If i get it fixes you can check out my stream i stream CS:GO ESEA/MM/BHOP on twitch.tv/ethan_cs

Maybe your Bitrate is set too high, causing you to lag via ping, but not fps.
