Hi wondering if someone out there cant help me out !!

Ive got an AMD 8350
Amd 7970
8gb Ram
250 gb SSD

Using windows 10

My frame is so so bacd like im talking 120fps in the main menus and then as soon as im in a game its all over the place ranging from 50fps to 110. It litterly unplayable as its struttering to.

Iver tried a complete new windows install aswell as reinstalling all the new up to date driver for my pc but surly i should be getting like a constant 150 fps !!!? ......

I'm not an expert with amd stuff, so

Is multi-core rendering enabled?
What settings do you play on?
Is forced preloading enabled?

Iver tried it with it enabled/dissable dosent alter anything
Settings on high, even lowering them dosent change the fps though,
And im not to sure about the pre loading

Its litterly at like 40/50 fps now ive just tried again then.

The game is comstantly crashing my pc to when trying to alt tab out meaning im having to restart it.

Hey a problem similar happened to me a couple of days ago. However, it wasnt just steam i was having problems with it was all games and general. What fixed it for me was reinstalling my graphics driver. Although this may not be the case for you its always good to try it.

Hey, Yeah ive litteratly just done a complete fresh install and still the same issue :/

Yeah sorry man dont know what to tell you try clicking properties on csgo on steam and try using backup game files

just csgo ive even tried different launch options, some of them were getting me 600 plus fps in the menu and then as soon as i load into a game they are down to like 50

120fps is maximum for anyone in MENU

ok dude what im not some tech wiz but i think your parts are not good for eachother, what i mean is that the parts work together in a difficult way, which is messing up ur frames. This is what i think but it seams like u have pretty decent stuff but notice when u have 8gb of ram in a gaming computer. think about everything that is running for the game, windows 10, your settings, your downloads, and other windows running (like chrome) this might be the issue. I dont think you can run a game like csgo with good amd stuff and only 8gb of ram it just dose not add up. eh but i dont know for sure, this is just what i think.

i get what you saying there, but i used to run the game perfectly a few months ago on theses settings, when playing offline agaisnt bots frames are much better. Thats what i cant understand that it used to work perfect.

Why not reinstall the game and install your GPU drivers agian?
