Hitboxes
The hitboxes are supposedly fixed, but does anyone else feel like they have gotten worse lately?
Because in so many games lately, I miss a shot, and my team said it should have hit (so it should have hit server side), or it happens to my team while I spectate them.
Also, jumping hitboxes feel wrong.
It feels like on the way up, the head is TINY, but it's HUGE and off the model when going down.

I want an explanation for why this is happening.
Also a solution if this has something to do with my client.

Indeed.
I couldn't have put it more elegantly myself.

64tick sometimes ♥♥♥♥♥ up, so hits won't get registrated. It happens as much to you as to anyone else, so screw it. Yesterday i had a game where someone was shooting at me close range with an ak. I suvived with 3 hp since the hitreg ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up completely. He shot 8-9 shots, 3 were registered. We had both a good laugh about it.
I have had games where people shoot me with an AWP multiple times, and I don't even take any damage.
Valve really needs to fix their servers.

Hitbox? You mean hitreg and I'm just curious but what is your ping in servers?

Yes, it's what happens on 64tick sometimes. The problem is: For 128tick you need a pretty good pc. Not everyone has one. So Valve won't change it to 128tick, since they would loose a big amount of their playerbase. If you want to play 128tick you have to play ESEA or faceit.
What?
I have a potato, yet 128 tick servers have the same FPS as 64 tick.
I only have a 9 year old i7 870, and a gtx 750ti.

Anywhere from 25 to 50.

TBH, despite the fact that 64 tick is the cause for a few whiffs, you need to remember that there are small inaccuracies, even with the awp. If you have it on the outer area of their head etc. it might not hit even if it would have if the weapon was 100% accurate.

Same here and I have noticed this hitreg issue as well.
I hit some guy on short for 3 hp with AWP point plank, not the foot or leg, upper ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ body lad!

Hitreg is a problem on all server based hotbox games. It's almost impossible to get it right, but it is much more fair for than client side hotboxes.

It's server side. It won't make any differance on client side with fps. It's linear function, not exponential. And it doesn't increase amount of heavy calculations. It's just sockets. Bet your pc can handle 128 gzip compressions per secound, if you visiting YouTube/FB/Tumblr/Google using your Browser. About 248 reqs per page with load time of 3 sec's on YT(including queing, locks, parsing, tcp, tls, rendering, building CSS, optimizing JS, caching on HDD and compressing/decompressing gzip).

Why would I need to show you?

Firstly, it's apparent if you pay attention to each shot when you play.
Also my PC is a potato, so I CAN'T show you.
