I don't think it will help that much though, I mean some of the script ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and such put way more strain on your system than the texures... It couldn't hurt to try though I suppose.
It was on kotaku but that mod is no longer there (click the link and get a page from nexus saying "file does not exist")
It can run Skyrim on lowest but it lags indoors and when I'm fighting. Unfortunately I can't upgrade or get a console. Thanks anyway :)
