[EFFECT]
EnableDepthOfField=false
I have not tried to reduce the effect as DOF gives me a headache so I never have it switched on.
Also, I really didn't realize how much strain the DOF was putting on my eyes until it was off. Much, much better now.
If it were me I would re-download the dll (link in a previous post) and replace the one in your Skyrim folder, I would also re-download the ENB, un-pack it to a different location and re-install overwriting when prompted. If you have heavilly changed the config files you may want to back them up first.
The only advice I can give really is make a back up of the files you are about to change (maybe incorporate the date/time in the filename and have multiple copies to go back to) and fiddle.
