Also in order for you to have been ripped off, it would have to been intentional at some point.
Either wait until you get a reply from Steam (they may have pushed you back in the queue if your ticket was full of angry language) or try get a refund from GAME (slim chance but worth a go).
Also lay off the exclamation marks.
Game will do this, they have done it for me - you just have to explain it to them. All they do is report the game key to bethesda (who then inform steam) and the game key is locked. Serves them right for trying to use a keygen for a relatively new game. It also means that Game do not loose out, so they will do this
If you hadn't raged at the Steam team they would have told you this almost immediately.
