Help with mod's updates

Since a few days my Skyrim modules update keeps breaking, and I cant update them anylonger on steam in the regular way: everytime I have a new update Steam keeping create a brand new module for each update!!!

This has been happening for a few mod authors. It also happened to the SkyUI author, and another author who reported it. I suggest that you file a ticket with steam and also report it directly to Bethesda as bethesda likely broke it in amoung all the recent updates

So in other words them being dismissive and utterly unhelpful and didnt even read your bloody message. Bethesdas attempts at customer service disgust me.
Try and make it clear to them that it is a problem with the functioning of the workshop, and not the mods in game, and that its a workshop wide problem it seems. If they still dont fix it you might have to attempt to get help from valve.

I did notice that I suddenly have a creation kit updated waiting for download, so if you do too, download it and see if it fixes the problem, which i doubt but worth a shot

I opened a bethesda ticket.
Lets see if they'll find out another excuse or fix the problem :D

Update: bethesda told me to contact Steam assistance and linked to me the help desk ticket service.

Hi, I already contacted Bethesda about this issue and they told me you could fix the problem.

I cant update one of my module in the workshop anylonger, since a few weeks everytime it happens, it creates me a new module from scratch!

Everytime I close Creation Kit, I cant update Supernatural AI module in the workshop.

Till now in your servers there are more then 4 copies of the same SAI module because of this issue with your Steam servers.

I wonder what happened and why it happens since I own other modules in the workshop which are not facing this issue at all.

Please fix it and if you can please MERGE ALL my modules in one...

Cant you see any similarities?

It's no-sense that till now this problem is still present after all these reportings.

Steam really does need to work on their support systems. Could always go drastic and try and contact Gabe himself like someone else did recently when steam staff didnt help XD
