You could have some story like "The Thalmor did something bad enough to the point of Her hating them with all her life. The stormcloaks racisim towards her is nothing compared to the evils the Thalmor did to her/family/friends/ a random child she saw who just picked up a talos trinket from the grass that they happen to see and killed the child."
ulfric stormcloak just irks me. the war is what ulfric wants not what skyrim wants.
joining the dark brotherhood in oblivion seemed better
Ah yes, forgot about that one. I will not kill Paarthurnax, not ever, so the Blades are right out (and I don't care enough about them to mod it.) Another I won't complete is Oblivion Walker...I like too many of the people I'm supposed to do away with.
Yeah I modded it so I can have the blades be cool and paarthurnax survive :D
*Spoiler Alert*
Arthmoor, the guy that oversee the Unofficial Patches made a mod to especially address the Paarthurnax Dilemma..
Maybe worth be trying out for anyone interested in a more satisfying conclusion of the main quest.

Also, I don't like the companions in general, since they have such ignorant views on the value of magic.
