some more info would be pleasant ... or a link to the other topics. I mean how can I know what mods are active or not or even what mods are involved.

the reason why i can't tell you what mods aren't working because i have LOADS of mods and listing evryone thats not working would take forever
i tried BOSS if that heps
how many mods do you have...to many files will overide the data

Then we really can't help you. We can't practise magic and just see what might be wrogn trough nothingness. If you are unwilling to provide information, then we are unable to do anything about it.

BOSS only sorts loading orders - mostly -, but does nothing for mod conflicts. You will have to think if some of your mods are conflicting with each other and make sure that each of your mod has required supporting mods installed in your game. Only way to do this is to visit each mods ReadMe and read dependencies again.

Further more, giving up heavily scripted mods is a good decision. Your system might have 0 conflicting mods and all mods might be in order, but share number of mods and scripts may make your saves bloat and crash.

Actually, if BOSS detects a potential conflict, you will get a 'Warning' highlighted in yellow. CTD 'Warnings' are usually in red. So look for those. BOSS won't solve every single issue, but it cuts them down a bit.

Also don't forget to check the 'Unrecognised Plugins' BOSS usually puts those at the bottom of your load order, but they may still present a problem that BOSS couldn't recognise, or resolve. So you may have to do some juggling, or delete them, but save the Mod somewhere, and put those in individually, and test the game out, then move on to the next questionable Mod.

I hope that helps. :steamflake: :solitude:

Bob is correct.

Too many players believe that BOSS can just sort out their problems, and it does not, but it does give you information about conflicts. I failed to include that information.
i have no conflicts what so ever

And you know this... how? If they were all working perfectly then, yeah, you'd probably be right. Given your very vague 'they're not working', it's pretty reasonable to assume that there's probably Something Up and Something Up is quite often (at least in part) Conflicts Aplenty.

Maybe if you said like, in what way the game is not behaving, or what at least one of the specific problems is, then we can begin to help. Is it CTD? Armour not showing correctly/at all? Script based mod not working (like a vampire overhaul or followers or whatever)? New followers not appearing? Keyboard not working any more...? *straws, clutched*

i don't know how to explain problem the most deatil but here are some of the mods that don't work:moonpath to elyswyere, all fo the tf2 follower mods, deadpool follower, kasumi, follower, freecraft, minerfriends, midas magic, terminator race, dewemer race, limonith race.note those are just some of the mods that don't work
Like his Lordship says above, you could surely give more detail than "they don't work". Do you mean there is no trace of them in your game, that they're there but buggy, or what?

no trace
And they're definitely selected/active in data files/NMM?

If they're subscribed from the workshop the game checks for updates. So are they
listed in the data menu? Checked off? Does the game start at all? Maybe you should disable
the most recently added mods. Have ANY of them ever worked?

HA! 'no trace' in the game presmably; they must be listed in the data menu to exist
in the game. If they're subscribed workshop mods you must WAIT in the data menu
until they magically appear.
my nexus mods are affected
