you crash might happen because of some memory issues, or save bloating.
Check your saves is it bigger than 20 mb?
Also, regarding ENboost, the one on nexus, has been out of date for quite a long time, unless you read a specific comment, here it is, I suggest you try this, maybe it will help:
First check your save size, and then try that ^^
Also, disabling each and every mod you have...seems like quite an acomplishement, because, having these many mods doesn't come without its consequences, so even if you CORRECTLY disable each of them, making sure there are no scripts running when you make new save...100% there will remain orphan scripts on your save.
I see, well this is a strange problem indeed, but now I am pretty damn sure it's some mods fault, most likely a mod conflicting with something, related to solitude, try searching and cleaning, anything modifying solitude.
Nice! good to see the problem solved
I'm gonna test my game now without the ENB Boost enabled but if I'm still getting that CTD I'll be coming back to work on that next.
So all I did was download SKSE from the steam store, created the INI mentioned in the tutorial above, added it to the SKSE folder and that was about it.
Question: Can I increase the memory heap allotted without adverse effects to gameplay? I have more than enough hardware resources available I just wasn't sure if the game wigs out when it's given too much memory to mess around with like how it handles playing at any frame rate higher than 60fps. Just curious!

And no, you should NOT increase the initial heap for SKSE above 1024
