Can my PC run this game?
I really enjoyed Skyrim on my Xbox 360, so seeing how it's 4.99$ right now, I want to buy it for PC, so I can try out modding. However, my PC is very low end, and it wasn't even made for gaming. However, my PC could run some other 3D games fine. My Specs are

Graphics card: Intel(R) G41 Express Chipset
Processor: Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU E5200 @ 2.50GHz
Sound: Realtek High Definition Audio

I know my specs are ♥♥♥♥, but can they run Skyrim?

While I frequently recommend Skyrim for lower range specs, with these specs I honestly can not. Even on low, it would probably be mostly unplayable.

Never heard of them, but usually you shouldn't trust the internet, people said my PC couldn't run Skyrim even on the lowest, yet I run it at 70+ FPS in all areas with like 40+ mods

So...not sure
a cpu from 2008 running the graphics from it's own graphics chipset ... I don't think it's will run skyrim decently , Even Oblivion will probably only run at the lowest graphics setting and resolution possible on this chipset.

no.
even on low u would need to play on the lowest rez
and even then u would get 20~fps which is not much fun
