i didnt even look at the links but you might want to wait a few more months before buying hardware intell and nvidia are both releasing new products before the years end , thus you will be able to get better deals ,not to mention the holiday sales
The second one is the better of the two as it has a proper graphics card, neither are great though. If you're thinking of gaming you're going to be disappointed.

Something like this would be better, at least until you can afford a better card http://www.novatech.co.uk/pc/range/novatechblacknti112.html

OK, minimum requirement. I was hoping you had a desktop PC, because it's really pretty simple to build a new one. I have already built ten PCs for myself and family members.

Edit: Once you learn how, upgrading them as the games get more and more demanding will be easy.

Just my opinion, but try to find something along this line, thats in your bugget.

Processor: i5 or above.
Ram: 6-8 Gb.
OS: Win 7 or 8 (I prefer 7).
Graphics: Nvidia or AMD with at least 2Gb of vram (I prefer Nvidia)
Disk Space: 500 Gb or more.

With this as your minimum you should do fine.

£600 is about $1000 US. You can do pretty well with that going prebuilt.
