Run LOOT to sort your load order after installing those patches. Order is very important. Run this tool always after installng new mods and pay attention to possible errors in Summary and Details. It will help you to keep your game more stable.

Those did not cause that on their own. Skyrim has few infamous memory bugs. They do not plague all, but many enough that we have considered them as unwanted features of the game.
The best known solution is explaine below. I apologize for not having the time to rewrite it. While instructions what to do should be clear enough, instructions about why to do it are a bit vague.
SKSE 1.7.x has SSME memory fix included. Instructions tell you how to activate it properly. If nothing else in your computer or game is wrong, then this should fix your loading screen problems, and make your overal ingame loading situations more stable.
